Katana combat grocery store8/1/2023 ![]() ![]() Attacking with a bow lowers enemies' stamina and stuns them for a while. Note that you can use all of 3 stamina orbs per one attack, making it a 2 or 3 slash combo. Each melee attack costs 1 full stamina orb. Melee attacks are based on player's strength and ranged attacks are based on accuracy. Player can make melee attacks with a sword (left-click) or ranged ones with a bow (right-click). It is only possible to attack adjacent lanes, so either frontally or diagonally (next to the player's lane). If there are 2 monsters on the middle lane, the monster occupying back row can't be attacked until the one in front of them is killed. The enemies also have 3 lanes, the middle one having front and back row. ![]() Positions can be freely changed at any time of the battle, either by the player or monsters and each movement costs a little bit of their stamina (in player's case it's 1/10 of their stamina orb). There are 3 lanes to choose to attack from (upper-middle-lower). The player's stamina stat dictates the stamina recharge speed. At the beginning of the battle, the player starts with 3 blue orbs full of stamina - you can see them directly under the character or next to the health bar in the upper left corner. Mechanics Fighting, blocking and parrying įighting monsters in Kynseed use active time battle mechanics based on the player's reflex and proper timing. So far only Simplewood area is implemented.
